In 2010/11, PhonepayPlus built on its success in preventing consumer harm, with another 52% drop in consumer complaints. We also looked ahead, publishing our new Code of Practice and working with industry to ensure the successful launch and implementation of the first industry-wide Registration Scheme. Download
