Code Compliance Updates

Paragraphs 1.5.1 to 1.5.4 of the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice set out the status of Guidance and advice in relation to the Code.

Paragraph 1.5.4 gives us the ability to, from time to time, issue and/or amend non-binding compliance advice concerning any provisions of the Code.

These ‘Compliance Updates’ (which are listed below) should be considered when determining whether your services (or your clients’ services) are compliant with the Code.
