If you’re a network operator or provider, you can log into your account to:

update your company details
enter your premium rate services, numbers and non-premium rate UK customer care phone number
access the Due Diligence Report tool to check the background of premium rate companies you contract with

Your premium rate service details appear in the Number Checker, which the public uses to find out about a service.

You must, under the Code of Practice, keep your details up-to-date and check the background of companies you contract with.
