PhonepayPlus has published one Adjudication by Consent order (“Consent Order”) relating to linked Tribunal cases (references: 845069, 845942, 845962 and 845965) involving 2ergo Limited. Following discussions between PhonepayPlus and 2ergo Limited, it was agreed that, in the circumstances of the case, it was not in the interest of either party to pursue the matter further and it was thereby settled according to the terms set out in the Consent Order and in accordance with paragraph 3.16(d) of Annex 2 of the Code.
