If you are considering contracting with foreign-based organisations we strongly advise that where possible, you check whether they have a breach history with other international regulatory bodies.

A list of international regulatory bodies is published below. Not all countries who have premium rate regulation in place are represented within the list as they either do not publish/share their adjudications or they publish them anonymously (i.e. the provider is not named).
