Submit your premium rate services and numbers

You need to log into your account to enter your premium rate services and numbers.

Under the Code of Practice, you must register new services within two working days of a number becoming operational.

We use this information to provide our Number Checker service for consumers.

What details you need to submit

To submit a number you need:

• your customer care phone number (this must be a non-premium rate number)
• the name of the organisation running the service
• the name of the provider you contract with.
