nicholas higham
Nicholas Higham was a partner in the City law firm of Denton Wilde Sapte for 13 years, during which time he led the firm's telecommunications and technology practices. He continues to work as a consultant in telecommunications, Internet law, digital media and e-commerce, and advises regulators in these sectors. He is also a Board member of the Independent Mobile Classification Body (IMCB).
He is a Senior Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary and Westfield College in the University of London. He also has extensive experience of intellectual property law and data protection.
