Summer Placements

We are interested in hearing from bright, committed under-graduates who are seeking a Summer Placement.  We are particularly interested in students who are studying towards qualifications relating to the areas of HR, Policy and Legal.  We have up to three vacancies, each with a contract of up to six months, and the roles would entail working on interesting projects, adding real value to the organisation and gaining professional experience at the same time.  We are offering a pro rata trainee rate of pay, and we are happy to consider those looking to work part-time.

Complaints Investigators

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team that specialises in the investigation of a range of complaints concerning phone-paid services.  As a key Executive, you will be responsible for your own case load, ensuring adherence to our Code through effective investigations and putting forward the case, liaising closely with interested parties and adjudication panels. 

Essential skills

  • Experience in case work, legal assistant or other regulatory/legal environment involving formal presentation of cases
  • Leadership - contributes ideas, flexible & adaptable
  • Relationship Management - engages & influences others, communicates to the needs of the audience, proactively develops relationships
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making - investigates & probes issues, focuses on solutions, sound judgement
  • Organises & Executes - effectively plans & organises priorities, proactive in striving for deadlines, concern for quality
  • Legal qualification preferred but not essential.
