PhonepayPlus is the organisation that regulates products or services - such as competitions, TV voting, helplines, adult entertainment, downloads, new alerts or interactive games - that are charged to users' phone bills or pre-pay accounts.

Service provider - registration form

It is the responsibility of the service provider to ensure this form is completed and submitted to PhonepayPlus. Once registered, you will be emailed your unique service provider registration number (SPN), which you will need if you wish to register numbers and services, amend details and apply for prior permission. Please note that failure to submit this form may result in a breach of paragraph 3.2.1 of the Code of Practice (Eleventh Edition) arising.
