how can we help with complaints about unsolicited faxes?
It is not necessarily a breach of our Code for a service provider to send an unsolicited fax promoting a premium rate service. If, however, such faxes omit pricing information or if you feel that they are misleading or offensive, you should contact us to register your complaint.If your complaint concerns the fact that you do not want to receive further faxes, we can put you in touch with the service providers concerned so that they can remove your details from their lists. You should also register with the Fax Preference Service (FPS). All companies that send direct marketing faxes must, by law, remove the details of those people who have registered with the FPS from their lists.
