ICSTIS CONSULTS ON NEW SMS GUIDELINE

icstis has issued its proposed new Guideline for premium rate Short Message Services (SMS) for consultation. The consultation, which was launched at icstis' SMS Seminar on 11 December, follows siginificant developments in the SMS sector since icstis' original reverse-billed premium rate SMS Guideline came into effect in May 2002.
