icstis has issued an updated version of its Code of Practice for consultation to ensure consumers are thoroughly protected in the fast-moving premium rate industry.

INDEPENDENT APPEALS BODY ADJUDICATION (5 July)
Following an adjudication in October 2004 which resulted in fines totalling £230,000 being imposed, service provider PRS Communications appealed against the adjudication. The adjudicator's final decision is now available.
