10th EDITION OF THE CODE OF PRACTICE (AS AMENDED JULY 2005) COMES INTO EFFECT (15 September) Following Ofcom's publication, in August, of its notification of approval for an emergency amendment to the Tenth Edition of the Code of Practice, the amendment has now come into effect. Please ensure that you use this version of the Code from 15 September onwards.
