  • Help Notes  - The Help Notes are here to provide guidance to assist  you in complying with the Code of Practice.
  • Statements of Expectation  - Statements of Expectation set out how PhonepayPlus will interpret and apply provisions of the Code of Practice in relation to certain types or categories of service.
