ICSTIS is to hold an urgent meeting next week with leading broadcasters, programme makers and premium rate service providers in the wake of recent allegations against Channel 4's Richard & Judy show and the BBC's Saturday Kitchen programme.

In the last 12 months there has been a sharp rise in service provider requests for reviews of adjudications. To ensure that these requests are submitted correctly and are handled efficiently, icstis has issued a notice to the industry to clarify the process for requesting reviews.

ICSTIS ANNOUNCES LEVY FOR 2007/2008

ICSTIS has announced that its levy for 2007/8 will be 0.34%. The levy, which applies to all outpayments to service providers from 1 April 07 to 31 March 08, has been set following extensive consultation with the industry and other stakeholders.
