PHONEPAYPLUS WELCOMES OFCOM'S SCOPE REVIEW

Ofcom has today published the PRS Scope Review. This consultation assesses the extent to which the current PRS regulatory regime meets the needs of consumers, affords an appropriate level of consumer protection and, at the same time, supports an innovative and changing PRS industry. It closes on 24 July 2009 and can be found here.

PhonepayPlus welcomes Ofcom’s Scope Review.  As the agency which handles the day-to-day regulation of premium rate services, PhonepayPlus will be working closely with Ofcom throughout the review.
