PhonepayPlus forums
PhonepayPlus forums, which take place two or three times each year, are open to all PhonepayPlus stakeholders.Created in 2002, its terms of reference are:
“The forum will act as a source of information to PhonepayPlus on commercial and technological developments which may have an impact on the regulation of premium rate services. PhonepayPlus will also use it as a means of communicating with stakeholders on changes and developments of which it is aware and on which it seeks views or comments. Participants may also use it as a means to raise issues of regulation of premium rate services.”
