Independent Mobile Classification Body (IMCB) was launched in the UK in February 2005 to provide a framework for classifying commercial mobile content that is unsuitable for customers under the age of 18. It is a separate legal entity and subsidiary of PhonepayPlus, although the two organisations do share staff and office space. IMCB comprises of five of the 12 PhonepayPlus Committee members - Sir Peter North (Chair), Nicholas Higham, Stephen Locke, Sara Nathan and Mike Tully. It has one dedicated full-time member of staff and Paul Whiteing, PhonepayPlus Directof of Policy & Innovation, acts as its Director.  http://www.imcb.org.uk/
